David Bowman - Representative from PCC

David Bowman is a member of the Board of Cutting Edge Foundation.  He is also on the Board of Directors of Partners in Compassionate Care, a non-profit group dedicated to caring for the lost boys and girls of Sudan.

David’s education is High School.  He has been a dental laboratory technician for forty-eight years.  For the past twenty years he has owned his own dental laboratory.

He is a past member of Fellowship of Companies for Christ.  He is a volunteer for Bethany Christian Services.

Mr. Bowman is a member of Calvary Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan for fourteen years.  He has held several important positions at Weattly St. Baptist Bible School; Superintendant/Chairman of Christian Education, Chairman of Trustees Building Committee.

Mr. Bowman began a non-profit Partners In Compassionate Care to help those orphans that are in this country and elsewhere displaced by the civil strife in South Sudan.  He is the Chairman of Partners in Compassionate Care.  He has led or been involved in several trips to South Sudan to begin building a hospital, pastoral training, install a generator for the hospital, several medical clinics and dedication of property for the hospital.  He is connected to Cutting Edge Foundation to aid in the building and function of this Sudanese hospital; the name presently considered is “The Lost Boys and Girls Memorial Hospital of Sudan.”

He could be summarized as “A down to earth Michigander who loves God and passionately desires to serve the Sudanese.”
