Deborah Ann Williamson is a member of the Board of Directors of Cutting Edge Foundation. She graduated from the Kenwood Academy for high school in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Minneapolis Area Vocational Technical Institute and became licensed as a Practical Nurse. She is licensed in Minnesota, Illinois, and Texas.
Her occupation and work experience started in the health care field at the age of 15 in Dixon, Illinois as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at the Dixon Outpatient Center for severely/profoundly mentally ill retarded/handicapped people. She has worked in geriatrics over a ten year period and became a registered nurse during that time. She is presently involved in home health nursing for more than ten years in Corpus Christi, Texas; she is currently working as patient care coordinator at a home health agency.
Her Christian walk has been as follows: Peaceful Holiness Church, 1989 – 1990. Member Corpus Christi Christian Fellowship since 1990; she has worked in the office as a volunteer, involved in choir, keyboardist in the past. She is presently part of an email/prayer chain through her church. She has volunteered at “Clothing Closet” when she can and has assisted in “Helps Ministry.”
Although she has not been involved with any Christian Mission experience, she did attend with the team that went to Sudan in May 2004 to help choose a site for “The Lost Boys and Girls Memorial Hospital” that Cutting Edge Foundation and Partners in Compassionate Care are organizing.
