Mr. Dodds is Chairman of the Building Committee for Cutting Edge Foundation.  He is the owner and operator of an architectural firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  He concluded high school at Bogalusa High in 1959; he attended Louisiana State University receiving a Bachelor of Architecture degree.

He attends and is involved in The Cornerstone Chapel in Baton Rouge where he is a member of a leadership team.  He has been a financial and active supporter of missions.
